Our Commitments

Enhanced DBS Checks
Every athlete and workshop leader holds an enhanced DBS check. Certificates are available for your school to inspect before any visit.

Risk Assessments
A full risk assessment for your visit is provided in advance, covering all activities, equipment and demonstrations.

Fully Insured
We carry full public liability insurance covering all visits, demonstrations and workshops. Documentation is available on request.

Photography Policy
Photos and videos are only taken with your school's prior consent and in line with your school's own photography policy.

Never Unsupervised
Our team members are never left alone with pupils. Every session runs alongside your school's own staff supervision.

Safeguarding Awareness
Our team understands their responsibilities around disclosure, appropriate conduct and reporting concerns to your Designated Safeguarding Lead.
How It Works On The Day
Before every visit we confirm your school's safeguarding procedures, sign in as visitors, wear identification, and follow your staff's lead at all times. Any concerns raised during a visit are reported immediately to your Designated Safeguarding Lead - we never handle disclosures independently.
Documents For Your School
We're happy to provide DBS certificates, insurance documents, our safeguarding policy and risk assessments ahead of your visit. Just ask when you book.
